The major characteristics of this new joining and tailor machine: incomparable precision and performance capacity, which allows a compact mode of construction. Its use gives advantages for every carpenter and in wood construction; assembling and cutting are performed in an economical and rational way. It not deteriorates the wooden material, and also saves time because neutral gear and retracing are not required.The usage of this machine fastens the processing time, because the material remains fixed during the workflow. Furthermore, the application of continuous ligament system has advantages in production. The machine has a compact design, equipped with a modern transport system and ligament technology.
Wall structure
The walls are made of 90x140 mm, 110x170 mm and 140x143 mm (saw-log type) beams, covered with a 10 cm thick heat-insulating layer - mineral wool - then the vapour proof layer and the internal coating fixed on bolsters, which can be panelling - 22 mm -strip floor type thickness, 15 cm wide, or any other attachable internal covering material - plasterboard, betonip plate and glued ashlaring, etc., which allow the creation of various interior designs.
Therefore a k=0.24 W/m² thermal emission factor can be achieved with a wall thickness of ~20.2 cm, which is more than excellent.
